Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.cxoand.co (the “Website”). Please read them carefully before using the Website.

1. About These Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is primarily intended for people acting in a business or professional capacity. These Terms govern use of the Website only. Any services that CXO & Co provides to a client will be governed by the proposal, statement of work, order form, or other agreement agreed with that client. If there is a conflict, that separate agreement will take priority for those services.

2. About Us

The Website is operated by CXO & CO UK LTD, trading as CXO & Co (“CXO & Co”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Company number: 16989907
Registered office: 17c Cliff Road, Newquay, England, TR7 2NE
Email: lee@cxoand.co

3. Website Information

The Website provides general information about our business, events, and services. Website content is not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice and should not be relied on as such.

We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and current, but content may be incomplete, become out of date, or contain errors. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer or guarantee unless we expressly confirm it in a separate written agreement.

4. Events and Registrations

You may be able to register for events hosted or co-hosted by CXO & Co through the Website or a third-party platform such as Luma. Additional event-specific terms or notices shown during registration also apply. If an event-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the event-specific term will apply to that event.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep relevant details up to date. A registration request does not guarantee admission. Attendance may be subject to confirmation, eligibility criteria, approval, venue capacity, or other requirements disclosed for the event. You must not transfer a place to another person without our prior consent.

We may make reasonable changes to an event’s date, time, venue, speakers, agenda, or format where necessary. We may also postpone or cancel an event because of circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to notify registered attendees using the contact details provided.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, insurance, and other expenses. For paid events, any cancellation or refund rights will be set out in the event-specific terms. Nothing in this section affects any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Attendees must follow reasonable venue, health and safety, and conduct requirements. We may refuse admission or require an attendee to leave where reasonably necessary for safety, security, unlawful conduct, serious disruption, harassment, or material breach of applicable event terms.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: CXO & Co Event Communications.

If you provide your mobile number and separately opt in through a CXO & Co form or another clearly identified CXO & Co consent flow, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages directly from CXO & Co about events for which you registered or requested information. Messages may include registration confirmations, reminders, venue and logistics updates, schedule changes, and CXO & Co event follow-ups. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase or participation, and is not bundled with acceptance of these Terms.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After we confirm your opt-out, we will send no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact lee@cxoand.co. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information includes mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. CXO & Co sends messages only for its own CXO & Co Event Communications program and does not use SMS for affiliate marketing, third-party marketing, or third-party lead generation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data associated with this messaging program. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time without affecting any other relationship with CXO & Co.

6. Acceptable Use

You must use the Website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, accounts, or connected systems;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, or material intended to damage or disrupt the Website;
  • scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Website through automated means without our written permission;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
  • use Website content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of another person.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Website and its content, including text, branding, graphics, photographs, video, and design.

You may view, download, or print reasonable extracts for your internal business or personal use. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission. You must not remove copyright, trade mark, or attribution notices.

8. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including event registration, scheduling, social media, or payment platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms and policies.

A link does not mean that we endorse the third party or accept responsibility for arrangements you make with it.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Third-party services may process personal data under their own privacy notices.

10. Website Availability and Security

We may update, suspend, restrict, or withdraw any part of the Website for business, operational, maintenance, or security reasons. We do not promise that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

You are responsible for configuring your devices, software, and internet connection and for using appropriate security and virus protection.

11. Our Responsibility to You

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

If you use the Website as a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable or for business losses. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you use the Website for business purposes, then, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for loss of profit, sales, revenue, business, anticipated savings, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from or connected with your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Website or its content.

Nothing in these Terms limits or replaces any responsibility we may have under a separate written client or event agreement.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or block access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, or where this is necessary to protect the Website, our users, or another person. Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue will survive termination of access.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our business, or applicable law. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not retrospectively change separately agreed client contracts.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

No person other than you and CXO & Co has a right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you use the Website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.

16. Contact Us

Questions about these Terms may be sent to lee@cxoand.co or to CXO & CO UK LTD at 17c Cliff Road, Newquay, England, TR7 2NE.
